How to shop the TNPCStore.com...Welcome to TNPCStore.com. We want your shopping experience to be a positive one. This page discusses how our shopping cart works and hopefully answers any questions you may have. If you have any questions not answered by this FAQ please click here to send us an email with your question. How do I start the order process? How do I start the order process?The main store page lists all the different products. Each product has its own order form. There may be more than one item available on a given order form because we sometimes offer a discount price on one item if you purchase it at the same time as another product. We also list products that past sales data indicate are often purchased as a set. On the main store page is also a link to our all items order form. On this order form we list all the products available through TNPCStore.com. And you can always purchase additional items by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button once you are in our shopping cart program. Your shopping cart stays active once you add an item to it until you complete the purchase or exit your browser. How do I get to the order form?From the main store page you can click on any of the graphics or links for individual products or on the link to our all items order form. Note that some items have an option to "Click here" for more information. These links generally take you to a detailed sales letter providing you with information about a given product. On these sales letter pages you'll find several links that read "Click here to order..." which will take you to the actual order form. This is because we want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision about purchasing our products. And we always offer a money back guarantee which allows you to return anything that you're not satisfied with for a refund. How can I purchase more than one type of item?On every order form there is a button (sometimes more than one) that says, "Order These Items Now!" Once you click on this button your selection goes into your shopping cart and your cart is displayed in your browser. Once in the shopping cart you can click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the order form you were just on. If you want to order items not displayed on this order form you'll find three text links at the bottom of the page. The first link, "View Shopping Cart" will return you to your current shopping cart (assuming you have started one). The middle option, "See Other Products" takes you to the all items order form that lists all items that are sold through TNPCStore.com. Finally, the third link, "Return to Main Store" takes you to the store's main page wherein you can select another product or the all items order form. You can go from order form to shopping cart as many times as you want until you have made all your selections and are ready to check out and purchase the items you have selected. Why do some pages offer items at a special discount?We will occasionally offer a special discount on an item, such as our Back Issues CD, when you purchase that CD along with some other product. Another time we offered a free Easy Hang Up when you purchased two Micro-Lights plus an Accessory Kit. Can I go back and change something on my order?Yes, you can make changes to your order any time prior to actually checking out. You can use the "Continue Shopping" button from within the shopping cart to make other selections. You can also use the "Edit Cart" button to make changes to the items you have already added to your shopping cart. To remove an item from your cart change the quantity ordered to zero and click on the "Update Quantity" button. You can also change the quantity you have ordered to a different amount and again click the "Update Quantity" button to make your edits to the shopping cart. Click the "Next" button to proceed with processing your order. How do I change my Ship To information once I've entered it?The ship to information appears at the top of the shopping cart once entered and before you check out. Next to this information is a small arrow icon that reads "Edit". Click on this icon and the shipping information form appears. Make the changes you want and then click the Next button to proceed. How do I use a discount coupon?Discount coupons can be entered when you type in the Shipping Destination information. At the bottom of the screen where you enter your name and address for delivery there's a box where you can enter discount coupons. You can only enter one discount coupon per order and that coupon will be applied to all items being ordered at that time. A coupon can only be used once by any individual. What payment options are there?You can pay for your store purchases using any of the following options:
How can I pay by check?You can use the shopping cart and place your order as you would if you were using a credit card. When you click on the checkout button the first question that appears is "Method of Payment". This is drop down list and if you want to pay by check you should select the Mailing or Faxing Payment option. If you use this option you can skip the credit card information section. Be sure to complete question 2. and check the shortcut checkbox that says "Check here if exactly same as Shipping Address". Click on the Place Order button and the final screen will appear with the amount and address where you should send your payment. Make your check payable as instructed on this page. It's a good idea to print out this last page so you'll have all the instructions when you make out and mail your check. Do I have to use a credit card if I pay by PayPal?No. When you click on the checkout button the first question that appears is "Method of Payment". If you select the Using PayPal Service you do not need to enter any credit card information. You can skip the credit card information section but be sure to complete question 2. and check the shortcut checkbox that says "Check here if exactly same as Shipping Address". Once you click the Place Order button you'll see the final Order confirmation screen. Just under the text "Order confirmation" will be a PayPal checkout button that will take you to the PayPal service so you can authorize payment. |
